ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bidders must be 18 years of age & provide identification as verification upon request. Bidder registration is solely to the individual registered & is not transferrable. Auctioneer may refuse to accept a bidder registration from any potential bidder & may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential bidder. The Auctioneer has absolute discretion concerning bidder registration. By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all terms & conditions, any other announced terms & conditions & the terms posted in the descriptions of the rules of the online auction site. These Terms & Conditions constitute a CONTRACT between you, the bidder, & the Auctioneer. Do not submit any bids unless you understand & agree to ALL of the Terms & Conditions of this CONTRACT.
All lots are sold “as is, where is” without any warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. As the highest bidder, you are the buyer & are bound by the Terms & Conditions of this auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR REFUSALS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: a 15% buyer’s premium is applied to all winning bids.
PAYMENT: Credit Card/Debit/Cash are accepted. Visa/MC/Discover/American Express are the credit cards accepted. Buyer’s premium & tax will be applied to your winning bid purchase. The credit card you registered with will be charged for your winning bid purchase at 10am the day following the close of the auction. If you wish to pay cash you must send a TEXT message by 10am the day following the close of the auction.
ACCURACY of lot information is not guaranteed in lot descriptions. The bidder is cautioned to use the auction preview and/or photographs to examine all lots. Dimensions are approximate. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, etc.
A 30 SECOND SOFT CLOSE IS USED ON ALL ONLINE AUCTIONS.
If a lot receives a bid within 30 seconds of ending --- that lot will be extended another 30 seconds for each bid received until no other bids are made. A soft close will cause the auction to extend beyond the initially scheduled time. The lot will be extended for 30 seconds for each bid received until the bidding stops, then the auction will close. Bidder is solely responsible for becoming familiar with the online auction process. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any failure by the online bidding platform, electronic or internet systems failure of any form.
WINNING BID NOTIFICATION: Winning bidders will be notified by EMAIL ONLY. Bidder is responsible for checking their email.
PICK-UP: All lots will be removed by the bidder at their expense during the stated pick-up times. Lots not picked up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed abandoned & will be deemed abandoned & will revert back to the Auctioneer if arrangements have not been made by the end of the pick-up dates. Delinquent removal lots will revert back to the Auctioneer with NO REFUNDS.
Pick-up is required within 3 days of the auction ending. s
SHIPPING is available on select lots.
