First lot will close at 6pm Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Each following lot will close at 10 second intervals. If a bid is placed with less than 2 minutes of the end time, 2 minutes will be added.
Payment will be collected at the time of pick up. 10% buyer premium when paying with cash or 15% buyer premium when using a credit card . NO TAX
Pick up will be by appointment only at our office located at 2104 Juan Tabo NE. - Friday, December 12th and Saturday, December13th from 10 am to 3 pm. Visit Rainbowestateauctions.com to schedule your pick up appointment. Also, Thursday afternoon will be available for scheduling an early pickup
LIMITED shipping to the 48 states - each lot will note if shipping is available (blue truck for shipping) or not available (truck lined out with red circle). We do not automatically charge your credit card. We will figure shipping costs for your winning lots and send out a secondary invoice from SQUARE (no later than Thursday) to winning bidders needing shipping. Please pay that invoice. Please keep in mind the quantity, weight and size if you are bidding on multiple lots.
LOCAL FIREARMS WINNERS -
Payment for each firearm is to be paid at our office during any of the three days offered for pick up. After payment at our office you will take your receipt to our gun dealer to complete your background check that will require a $25 FFL transfer fee for each firearm, to be paid to our gun dealer. NM does have a 7 day waiting period after the background check is complete. No refunds will be issued if you fail the background check.

FOR OUT OF TOWN BIDDERS
Limited shipping may be available. No shipping of firearms to Californis. No shipping of ammunition to AK,CA, CT, HI, IL, NJ or NY. Ammunition can only be shipped using UPS. Check your state regulations for specific restrictions.We will send out a secondary invoice (no later than Thursday) to winning bidders needing shipping that will include shipping cost. Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL dealer from our FFL dealer. Shipping for pistols and revolvers will be $75 per weapon. Shipping for rifles will be $100 per weapon.. SHIPPING WILL NOT BE COMBINED
