FIREARM PURCHASE INFORMATION:
After the auction pick up concludes, the next business day the Firearm or Firearms will be transferred by the owners to Tommy Guns, a licensed FFL. Tommy Guns will receive and log all necessary information for the transfer and will call the auction purchaser when the firearm is clear and ready. DO NOT CONTACT Tommy Guns until you have received a phone call. The Auction Purchaser is responsible for a $40 transfer fee payable to Tommy Guns for each firearm transferred. Purchaser must initiate a background check with Tommy Guns within three business days of the auction end date. With limited exceptions, no firearms will be transferred to a purchaser until a “proceed” has been received from NICS. Once the notice to proceed has been received from NICS and 7 days have passed (except for concealed carry permit holders) buyer will have 5 business days to pick the fire arm up from Tommy Guns. In the event a “proceed” is not received or a firearm is abandoned, the firearm will be transferred back to Anything2Auction which will charge a fee of $30 to the auction purchaser to cover Tommy Guns transfer fee and restocking/reselling the firearm. All federal and state laws will apply to all firearm transfers. We want to thank Tommy Guns assistance in compliance with all the new local and state laws. We encourage purchasers to talk to Tommy Guns about there service. If you have an FFL, you MUST email Anything2Auction a copy of the license immediately after the sale closes and you may pick up the firearm from the on site auction pickup location. If you do not provide this information by the end of Business the day before the pick up, the firearms will be taken to Tommy Guns where you will need to complete the necessary paperwork and background check to pick up the item."
