Terms:
All items sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees unless specified. All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
By registering and placing a bid you are bound to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not bid.
Bidding is a contractual obligation to pay for an item. We will hold all bidders responsible for their purchases.
Payments:
Credit card on file will be charged automatically after 3 business days after the invoice is sent.
If you would like to pay cash for the item you have 3 business days after the invoice is sent.
After that, credit card on file will automatically be charged.
No credit card charge backs will be accepted.
Cash accepted during in-person pickup date(s).
Credit & Debit Card Payments accepted online or in-person on pickup date(s).
Invoices not paid within 7 days will be considered in default, and the following actions will be taken.
1. Bidding Privileges Suspended and Account Blacklisted: Your account will be permanently suspended from bidding or participating in auctions on our platform, as well as across other associated platforms where blacklisting measures may be taken.
2. Resale of Items: In the event of continued non-payment, we will proceed with reselling the items associated with this unpaid invoice. However, it is important to note that even if the items are resold, you will still remain responsible for the following fees:
• 18% Auction Fee: This fee covers the administrative costs and expenses associated with organizing the auction.
• 10% Relisting Fee: This fee covers the costs associated with relisting the items after the initial sale fell through.
• To facilitate the collection process, our collection attorney will add a $250 collection fee, as well as any and all court and filing costs associated with this collection.
Pickup:
We offer both in-person pickup and shipping. Buyers may pick up their purchase the day of sale or on any business day in the week after.
You have 30 days after the end of the sale to pick up or arrange shipping for your items.
After 30 days items will be forfeited with no refund. You may contact us ahead of purchasing the item if you need more than 30 days to pick it up or arrange for shipping.
Shipping:
Shipping is provided to anywhere in the USA at your expense.
If you need the item shipped, please let us know after your items are paid for. We will arrange a shipping quote or your shipper can pick it up. Payment of shipping is due 72 hours (3 days) after shipping invoice sent.
Shipping cost will be based on postage fees via standard shipping rates.
A handling charge may be applied for larger or specialty items.
Inspections:
Authenticity is our top priority, though all claims must be verified by buyers in advance of bidding.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item during the preview dates. In-person previews are available every Friday up to day of sale, and day before sale. Photographs are provided for viewing online. If you have any questions call 856-696-4651 Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm
