Our auction uses a soft close. If a bid is made in the final seconds before an item closes, the bidding period extends by 1 minute, giving everyone a fair chance to bid again and preventing last-second sniping. Each lot will close every 20 seconds, unless someone bids in that interval. If that happens there will be another 1 minute added to the closing of the lot. NON-PAYING BIDDERS After 72 hours the contract between the buyer & seller would be voided and resold at the next available sale. The Buyer will have a dispute opened against them with HiBid. Buyer will be blocked to bid at our auctions for any further sales. The buyer will be held responsible for any loss due to the item being resold for in a future auction including all fees involved with relisting the item. The buyer in a breach of contract will also be liable for any attorney and court fees involved to recoup any losses. The state of New Jersey will hold as venue for any court case. PICKUP - Thursday, October 16 from 12-5 PM or Sunday, October 19 from 9 a.m -1 p.m. Pickup location is in Chesterfield NJ 08515. Shipping is available for many items. There is a $20 handling fee for the first package shipped, $10.00 for each additional box. We will always fit as many lots as possible in a reasonble sized box to try to save you money. Acutal shipping costs will also be charged. The handling fee is seperate from the actual shipping costs. Coins and jewelry (only) incur only a $1.00 HANDLING fee to cover the cost of materials (in addition to actual shipping charges). We try to save you money and ship your items at the best rate available. There is no shipping markup! Actual cost of postage will be charged in addition to any handling fee(s) and insurance. Insurance is highly recommended. To save on shipping fees, we always try to combine all winning items into one box if they fit. We assume if you live within 1 hour of the pickup location that you are picking up. If not, please let us know after any winning bids.
