1. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. We will do our best to accurately describe all items and their characteristics. However, Sunrise Antiques makes no guarantees to operability or condition of any firearm or personal property. Sunrise Antiques strongly suggests that you physically inspect or have your agent physically inspect all guns and personal property prior to purchase. There are live previews before each auction. 2. There is a 15% buyer's premium for cash purchases and a 20% buyer's premium for each individual firearms lot.
3. We accept credit, cash, wire transfer, money order or personal/business checks for online purchases that need to be shipped. We will only ship guns to licensed FFLs. If you purchase a gun online and want to physically pick up, all forms of payment are accepted.
4. All live, hall bidder and online purchases must be paid for on auction day with cash, money order, check or credit card.
5. There is a $50 NICS charge for all NJ firearms transfers.
6. No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a NJ FID card, Driver’s License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility.
7. No handgun will be transferred without a NJ FID card, Driver’s License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase.
8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. If a firearm is not compliant in the purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform.
10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun.
11. Once again look closely before you purchase any firearm or other personal property lot. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. All sales are final! No returns and No refunds of any kind after a gun has been sold! Good luck at the auction...
12. If a car is in auction, Titles to cars / motorcycles will be provided after payments clear.
13. There is a $25 packing/handling fee for each lot that Sunrise Antiques packs and ships to the respective buyer (personal property only).
14. ALL INDIVIDUAL LOTS ARE subject to error and omissions. We do our best to represent all lots as accurately as possible. ALL LOTS ARE SUBJECT TO ERRORS AND OMISSIONS.

16. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NJ, and the County of Burlington.
17. Registering is the auction is your agreement to abide by the terms, specifically with EMPHASIS on PICK UP and SHIPPING.
