Auction Terms & Conditions.
This is an online-only auction. Bidding will open 01/09/2026 begin to close on 01/21/25 @ 7pm items close every 25 seconds beginning with lot #1. This means that if a bidder bids on an item at the last second, bidding on that item will be extended for an additional 2 minute to allow everyone the opportunity to bid more if they would like.
* Preview: Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-3pm or by appointment
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition, authenticity and value and to bid based accordingly.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have PREVIEWED or EXAMINED the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally preview or examine them.
* Auctioneer Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.

Registered Credit Card will be charged at the close of the Auction. We accept MC, Visa, Discover Cards.
Pick Up and Shipping Terms:
Thursday & Friday 8am-5pm Following the Auction. All Items Must Be Picked Up In 48 Hours.
You must provide a paid invoice at time of pickup!
Notices: To All Out of State Bidders All Shippable Lots will be Processed for Shipping Unless Other Arrangments are Made With Auctioneer.
We take no responsibilty for any damage to items during Shipping. All Items are shipped with insurance.
Will ship within the 48 United States. USPS Priority Mail Only! Handling fee is $20.00 Per Package. We will combine lots. We will Accept 3rd Party Shipping! Please Be advised that there could be addition Handling Fees on Certain Items. PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING PRIOR TO BIDDING!!
Please be advised that shipping takes 2-4 Weeks!
All items must be removed from the Auction Hall Within 48 Hours of Conclusion of Auction.
NO EXCEPTIONS!! If items are not picked up within 10 Days, they will be considered abandoned and all monies and items will be forfeited.
No reserves on any items, but we do reserve the right to reject any bids that we feel are unreasonable.
