We are not responsible for damage to any items or lost or stolen. * A $25 Credit Card Reprocessing Fee for Any Denied Credit Cards. * Auction Closing Times and Technical Difficulties: Our Online Auction closings are set with a delay (soft close) between lot closings. This is to help you with bidding on multiple items in the same auction. Our auctions are not set to close all lots at once! There is a 2 min soft close for each lot. In the event of any website malfunctions, or technical difficulties, the bidding for the entire auction will be reopened, and set to a later closing time at E n J’s discretion. This does not include difficulties with you as the buyer’s internet or bidding equipment. In the event of any technical difficulties, you as the buyer hold E n J’s Cards harmless for any damages, or cost incurred. *BUYERS PREMIUM: A Buyers premium will be charged on each purchase. A buyer’s premium will be added at 18% per lot. The buyer’s premium will be added at the end of the closing lot and will be added on to the closing cost. Closing lot is $1.00, the buyer’s premium will be $0.18, making the total cost $1.18. *SHIPPING* We only ship!! We DO NOT provide free shipping!! Please review the important shipping information! We require a $5 Packaging fee for materials and processing per box including bubble wrap. With the exception of cards (graded or singles) that fit in an envelope. Packing envelopes will be charged only $1 per shipping envelope. We WILL combine lots for shipping to minimize costs unless advised otherwise. Note: Oversized items may be taken to a local UPS store or FedEx for shipment. All actual shipping costs and insurance will be charged to the card on file. Unless otherwise specified by you, the buyer. Items will be insured for invoiced amount at the buyer’s expense. Payment: We will automatically charge the card on file at the close of the auction and there is a 3% fee paying with a credit card. The buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. The credit card on file will be charged for your total purchases including any buyer’s premium or stated additional fees stated above or below after the auction closes. All denied transactions due to expiration date, non-sufficient funds, and any other reason shall be subject to a $25 re-processing fee. You can update your credit card under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard anytime during the auction. Credit card chargebacks ARE NOT ALLOWED. You as the buyer are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date. A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 48 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES" No item will be shipped until payment has posted to our account. Bid Retractions: E n J’s Cards does not allow any bid retractions of any kind!! BIDDER REGISTRATION: Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and are required to register for the auction. The bidder must submit information that is current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. E n J’s Cards does not sell or rent this information to any third-party site. E n J’s Cards uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. If you wish to not be contacted in the future should contact E n J’s Cards and request their email to be removed from our mailing list. The bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/username and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number- ID.
