If the buyer fails to provide liquidation funds within outlined business days after the transaction stated on the sent invoice, they will be restricted of any subsequent online auctions and will not be allowed to register for subsequent transactions. This basically relates to whether you will no longer to buy from our listed AUCTIONS in the future. 5.For each hammer price, bidders may be charged a buyer premium as an auction commission and appropriate state taxation. This value will vary from none to what the amount is shown in a listed auction. Please take note of this amount as it an additional cost and fee to the winning bid for the auction items. 6.All payments shall be made in US dollars. The buyer can only collect items after the payment in full. If payment is made by wire transfer, the shipment is available only after the satisfaction of the bank payment verification. Payment should be made quickly after the auction ends. Please note most purchases happen automatically after the auction end and the credit card on file is charged for the auction winning items or in most cases there is an invoice sent to the email of the high bidder email on record. Ownership will transfer only when our AUCTIONS, Limited, receives full payment and related fees. Please note that if there is any payment problem that occurs with the credit card on file, our auction will reach out to the email on record and request payment. 7.It is at the staff of our AUCTIONS to request the payment be paid by bank transfer or wire remittance. This is typically for newer bidders and large purchases. Contact us if you have questions regarding this form of payment. All expenses, exchange rates and other management, bank fees shall be paid and responsible by the Buyer. All sales and remittances shall be made in US dollar currency. Please note that a complete invoice will always accompany any type of payment or payment request. Auction Item that requires WIRE or secured payment will be clearly stated in the item auction description. 8.All items are sold to the highest bidder recognized by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbitrator of any bid in controversy. Our auctions could, on their own discretion, restart the bid, cancel a bid or item sale. Additionally, our auctions reserves the right to cancel any sale or offer before, during, and after the auction. Should this happen on an item you have bid on or won please reach out for explanation if desired. 9.Transaction dispute: Our Auctions are the main and typically the exclusive arbitrator with a transaction dispute and has the right to arbitrate the transaction in dispute. In orders with transaction dispute No Refunds or return the bidder may still be responsible for transportation and processing costs and freight costs. This is important because you as the bidder will waive all and further actions for any monies that exceed the price of the item won and the fees related it to it. There will be no other payment sent, promised or made available to any high bidder. Because you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this auction, there is no No Refunds or exchange to access of the monies paid for the item. If you request a return or No Refunds, you agree that you may remain responsible for shipping the items back, fees and all shipping/handling at OUR AUCTIONS discretion. Al of our Auction Items are non-returnable and No Refunds and are purchased as is. 10.Liquidated Damages: If you bid and are considered the winner of a reasonable price but fail to pay on the invoice sent to you or dispute with any third-party payment, as a credit entity, you may be banned from our auctions. By bidding for any such loss, you hereby agree to pay such liquidated damages resulting from irreparable damage, which will be sustained by affordable creation. Furthermore, if the successful bidder fails to make any payment under these terms and conditions, at the sole discretion, we reserve the right to report such outstanding payments to the Credit and Receiver Agency, including an unlikely amount of liquidated damages stated herein. 11.We do not provide all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or applicable for any particular purpose. There is no guarantee that any commodity complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or regulations of any type or nature. All items can be and should be queried prior to the bid. Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of OUR AUCTIONS, Limited and should in no way be construed as warranties of any kind as to the authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other features of the goods sold. OUR AUCTIONS , Limited provides real and effective information as well as descriptions as possible. OUR AUCTIONS , Limited, attempts to correctly catalog each lot and will try to point out any defects but is not responsible or responsible for the correctness of the catalog or other description of the lots. OUR AUCTIONS , Limited, is not responsible for any errors or omissions. The status report and any other statements are our views and should not be on a factual basis. No employee shall have the right to represent and make any guarantee of any form. It is the Bidde buyer whose due diligence before the bidding and buying of the item that will remain prominent and stand as the buyer/bidder taking full responsibility of the item purchased. No statement anywhere, orally or in writing, appraisals and similar, shall be considered such a warranty, warranty or statement. Potential purchasers of bidders must rely solely on themselves to inspect the goods. The winning auction items are typically only shipped to the address on record/and or the billing address of the credit card and or bank transfer address. Please do not ask for the item/s to be shipped to an address not on record. We will not make this effort as we have found that this is a place where many times fraud has taken place. It is easier for us to cancel all transactions we might have that are in question than send the item out and have the necessity to deal with a potential fraud issue. We reserve the right to validate any and all purchasers of our auction items at any time to confirm that the correct person not only is bidding on our items but that the correct person will receive our items. This is a very important part of our terms and conditions. 16. Reporting fraud. We will report fraud to all authorities regarding any purchases or returns of merchandise that may be considered an illegal process to take place. This will also include the use of our collection agency and further legal prosecution that may be deemed appropriate. This practice is mentioned to protect the integrity of our bidders, especially the ones who may have been outbid on an item due to this potential fraud.
