STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 10 lots per minute ON Sun. Dec. 29th 7 PM ! . The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. Winning Bidders must pick their items up in PICK UP IS in Minden, NE. Load Out will be held ON Mon. Dec 30th 2-6:30PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement!
