Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Paid invoices will be emailed to you for both charges. **Allow a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks after pick up date for shipping to occur. **Handling charges are a minimum of $10 with the possibility of more on larger shipments, shipping requiring special instructions/requests or packages with excessive packing. **Buyers outside the Continental US, must contact Vandertook Auction before the start of the auction close. **If you require shipping, make sure the item you are bidding on says "Shipping Available". Auction starts to close Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CST. This auction does have a Soft Close. All items must be paid for and picked up on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., Hickman, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. LOADING HELP ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/THROUGH THE PICK UP TIME! PLEASE BRING HELP and PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!! Any items not picked up on the pickup date or arrangments made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $200 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
