Payment Types Accepted. Card Payments up to $2500 (card on file may be charged automatically for invoice amounts up to $2500). Cards for amounts greater than $2500 maybe accepted with a 3% convenience fee added. No Additional Charges for Wire Transfer, ACH or Zelle. Banking routing and payment instructions will be provided upon request. Payment confirmation will be sent to the email on file. Shipping of Lots or Goods Sold: All items will be shipped in secure packaging as determined by US Coin, LLC or consigner. Additional insurance maybe added and billed accordingly for items exceeding $10,000 in value. US Coin LLC reserves the right to a Seven (7-14 day) grace period for shipping and handling of all auction items from the end date of the auction or close (payment) of invoice. Tracking will be provided and sent to the buyer's email address on file and or by request. A flat rate shipping charge of $12.99 will be added to all invoices to cover shipping and packaging expense. Oversize items, items value greater than $10,000, or items shipping outside of the United States may be subject to additional shipping costs to be invoiced and paid prior to release of lots or goods sold. Shipping invoices may be sent separate and the terms and conditions governing US Coin, LLC invoices will remain. All Lots or Goods are sold "As Is" and All Sales are Final! We guarantee the authenticity of all goods entered into this sale. Full Disclosure: We do not guarantee Grades or Grade values. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to do "Due Diligence", Grade Valuations and Research on the Goods or Lots sold in this auction. Bid Responsibly! You agree and acknowledge, that when bidding in US Coin, LLC auctions you are entering into a contract for the sale of each lot or good a bid is entered on. If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction you are responsible to fulfill your obligations for the purchase(se) you entered. You will be held legally responsible to pay in full the entire invoice for goods (lots) purchased in this auction. Payment is due immediately after the close of auction, with a Seven (7) day grace period following the end of auction date. No items will be shipped until invoices are paid in full. An additional 3% late fee will be added to unpaid invoices after the Seven (7) day grace period. Any unpaid invoices after 30 days will be subject to ample and reasonable collection and/or attorney and court costs and/or in addition to collection efforts, the entirety of the lots or goods sold may be forfeited and returned as property of the consigner or US Coin, LLC. An attempt to resell the lots or good may be made and 50% of the original invoice balance will be made the responsibility of the original registered buyer and collection efforts will remain until the balance is satisfied. Credit Card Chargeback's are prohibited. There is no basis for the chargeback of any purchases in this auction. The bidder agrees to such terms and agrees all sales are final. Tracking by the shipping entity of all shipments will be provided to the bidder/purchaser. In the event that the purchases, lots or goods purchased have not been received by or shipped to the buyer within 30 days of end of the auction. The recourse of action will fall on the shipper and tracking information. US Coin LLC will not be responsible for packages/lots/goods shipped, from theft, lost or sent to the wrong address. Please insure your hi-bid account/shipping information stays updated with correct information. Special shipping requirements may be made in writing withing 3 days of end of auction. The grading of lots or goods or condition will not be the responsibility of US Coin LLC or the consigner. Items will be sent out in protective flips, wrapping and or any other measures will be taken to prevent damage during shipping. All item descriptions, depictions and photographs will be presented at the best of our staff's ability. US Coin LLC will not take responsibility for the misinterpretation of any lots or goods sold in this auction. All sales final auction. In the event of server, software, bidding systems, time out or any other event or systematic failures. US Coin LLC reserves the right to edit, cancel, suspend or remove, without notice; any bids, lots, goods or bidders from the auction.
