WARRANTY INFORMATION Roshon's Auction Service makes every attempt to uphold the highest standards in the auction industry. Our goal is to consistently deliver the highest level of products and services to our customers. Our descriptions represent what we have deemed appropriate to identify each object. Please take time to familiarize yourself with each item and make your bidding decisions accordingly. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect, research, and determine the authenticity of all items on which bids are placed. Determination of age, materials, condition, quality, authenticity, classification, purported history and perceived value, regardless of what is written or said by Roshon's Auction Service, are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Measurements are provided for assistance only. Although fairly accurate, they may not be exact. TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Auction consists of Simultaneous Live and Online Bidding. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Successful bidders must pay in full for any and all lots won. Online purchases require a 10% Buyer’s Premium. There is NO sales tax. BIDDING INFORMATION Online Bidders: Must follow the registration steps required by HiBid, and are subject to both the terms and conditions of the online bidding company and Roshon's Auction Service. FFL Rules Apply to this Auction. PAYMENT Successful Online bidders will be invoiced by the online bidding platform. Payment is due upon pickup, or before shipment. All payments must be in US Dollars. We accept payments in cash, good Montana check, cashier’s check, or credit/debit card. A 10% buyers premium is added to all online purchases. Payment is due at pickup of items, or before shipment is made. No items will leave Roshon's Auction Service until payment arrangements are finalized. Roshon's Auction Service reserves the right to hold all merchandise until payments clear our bank. PICKUP OF ITEMS Items must be picked up within 2 days of auction end, unless otherwise arranged with the Auctioneer. Pick-up times will be from 9AM to 5PM on the specified days. Do NOT come to pick-up items until your full invoice is emailed to you. SHIPPING OF ITEMS Auction company has made arrangements with the local UPS shipping store. Once the items are paid for in full, we can drop off items below 70 lbs. and not oversized, at the facility with no charge, along with buyer information. WE ARE NOT a Shipping Company! There is no exception to this rule. The store will package and bill the buyer directly for services associated with that service. Shipping insurance is suggested. Items that do not offer shipping will be noted in the description. Note: All Firearms must be shipped through a local FFL facility to an FFL facility of your choice. A $20 transfer fee, a $20 packaging fee, and actual shipping cost to your location will apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in long gun and long gun ammo sales. Or, 21 years of age to participate in hand gun and hand gun ammo sales. Ammunition will ship through a local FFL dealer. A $10 to $15 handling fee will apply depending on quantity, as well as actual shipping cost.
