The real estate consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family home with walkout basement on +/- 53 acres just outside of Buffalo city limits. The estate contains farm and garden supplies, vehicles, pet supplies, furniture, and household items. This will be a large sale with many quality items to sell! This auction will take place at Simmons Farm at 32 Misty Lane in Buffalo, MO. Please place your maximum ABSENTEE BID. Absentee bidding will close one hour prior to the live sale. Even if you win the highest bid online, you can still be outbid in person, so be sure to place your highest bid! Auction preview is Friday, Oct. 4th by appointment only.
