Description
MOST items in this auction can be shipped to any state in the USA. Be mindful that we automatically assume that if your address listed is out of state, that shipping is required. However, due to our proximity to states like TN & AR, customer must request shipping as we have many customers that drive the distance to pick up. We charge a flat rate for packaging & handling of $5.99 PER BOX (NOT PER ITEM) that is added to the cost of the shipping label. We charge the exact amount for shipping. We do no add anything extra. The credit card on file will be charged AUTOMATICALLY. If we run into an issue when taking payment for either the order or for shipping, we send out an email and place your order to the side awaiting communication. We may or may not have time to revisit your order until the following week. If we do not hear back from you within the 14 day window, items will be considered forfeited by customer with no refund available. Please be mindful when bidding on items of their weight/size as this directly affects the cost/ability to ship. The heavier/bigger your package is, the more it will cost and can also affect our ability to ship. However, we ALWAYS try our best to consolidate items for the cheapest rates possible. We begin packaging orders every Thursday/Friday of every week. We do not work on the weekends or holidays. We will send 2 emails: a receipt confirmation + tracking number once your order has been packaged. CHECK SPAM. Credit cards are charged AUTOMATICALLY at the end of the auction. Some banks may block payment for security reasons. Please contact your bank and fix issue for future payments. Non-payments result in being blocked from Hibid and all future auctions. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Texas Sales Tax in the amount of 7% will be collected at this auction. REMOVAL INFORMATION: Please have bid card number readily available. You will find this in the email sent out out after the auction closes. Within the email, towards the bottom, highlighted in blue, you will see "settlement".
