Items will only be HELD up to 14 days after the auction closes. After the 14th day, all items will be recycled back and forfeited by customer with no refund available. This gives customers 6 possible days to pick up or 14 days to communicate with us any special requests based on circumstance. We will no longer contact customers if any items are left behind. It is the customers responsibility to fully be aware of items they have won and when to pick up** This location will ONLY be available for pick up at the times stated above. Do NOT show up after the pickup dates without communicating FIRST. We will be unavailable and unable to assist you otherwise. If we do not hear from you via email/phone/text within the 14 days. ALL items will be considered forfeited with no refund available. Credit cards are charged AUTOMATICALLY at the end of the auction. Some banks may block payment for security reasons. Please contact your bank and fix issue for future payments. Non-payments result in being blocked from Hibid and all future auctions. BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Texas Sales Tax in the amount of 7% will be collected at this auction. REMOVAL INFORMATION: Please have bid card number readily available. You will find this in the email sent out out after the auction closes. Within the email, towards the bottom, highlighted in blue, you will see "settlement". Click here to open your invoice and in the top left corner you will find your bid card number. Please note we will not ship oil or bulk/large items due to the risks of damage or spilling. Also consider the weight/size of the items you are bidding on as this directly affects shipping costs and may be costly. All other items can be shipped for a flat handling rate of $5.99 PER SHIPPING BOX (not per item) + shipping costs. We always try our best to consolidate items and fit them into the smallest box possible. We always go for the cheapest shipping option unless requested otherwise. Shipping takes place AFTER our 3 in-person pick up days, every Thursday/Friday 10AM-5PM CST. If we have any issues collecting payment automatically, we send out an email and move on to the next order. We may or may not have time to check back on order payment until the following week.
