We are proud to serve the Walker Family with the Liquidation of their family Estate's Personal Property. It will be neccessary to offer the lots in multiple phases as there are thousands of quality items. Phase one is SPECTACULOR! Included is a 2004 Silverado, an outdoor storage shed, 1930s/40s/50s/60s McCoy, Haeger, Hull, Glassware, Furniture, Collectibles, Housewares, Vintage, Antique, and More! The home is in Iuka, MS and that will be the location of the pick-up. The address will be provided by email after the Auction closes. This is one you do NOT want to miss!!! Dealers, time to get out the sock money!!!
17.5% buyer's premium applies to all items. Items begin a soft close on Sunday, October 5th at 8 Eastern/7 Central Time. SILVERADO AND BUILDING CUSTOMERS: The outdoor shed and the Silverado MUST BE PAID FOR BY CASHIER'S CHECK OR CASH ONLY ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 6th. The building can be picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY and you have 20 DAYS TO ARRANGE PICKUP. BUT, the building MUST be paid for on MONDAY, OCTOBER 6th! Pickup: MONDAY, October 6th from 9:00am to 6:00pm ONLY (Please bring help to load as we will not be able to assist loading). The address for pick up will be provided upon Auction Closing. Remember, if you win the outdoor building OR the Silverado, you must pay that day via cash or cashier's check! DISCLAIMER: Buyer must pick up items within the specified time frame stated or the items will be forfeited. The pick up is onsite at the Client's home and the next phase's cataloging will begin immediately. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties. Also, this auction contains several consigned items that are antique and we have done our best to provide detailed pictures and a lot of them. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. NONPAYMENT: A public bid with a licensed Auctioneer is a binding contract. In the event of non-payment of items, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Alcorn County, MS. SALES TAX: Mississippi Sales Tax of 7% will be charged on all Lots. The ONLY exception is if we have your Tax Exempt Number on file. AUCTION ENDING: Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last minute of a lot closing then bidding will be extended an additional 3 minutes. This prevents "sniping". Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner. An example of a stagger close is this. The auction is set to start ending at 6pm. This does not mean all lots will end at 6pm. If the stagger time is set to 10 seconds then lot 1 will end at 6:00:00pm, lot 2 will end at 6:00:10, lot 3 will end at 6:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended. Note: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed withing the last minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close' feature. SECOND DISCLAIMER: All items purchased must be picked up and paid for on the specified day and time. No exceptions (other than the outdoor building). ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED PICKUP DAY WILL BE FORFEITED LOADING: You must bring all supplies needed for loading. Boxes, packing material, dollies, and help. We are a streamlined Small Family Run Auction House and there will be no one on site to help load items be they small or large. Please come prepared to load your own items. Also, please sign up for a pick-up appointment time through the Shipping Saint link which will be provided after the close of the auction. There is limited space in the building in which you will be picking up, and if you show up at an alternate time outside of your pickup window, you will have to possibly wait a long time. PAYMENT: Your card on file with HiBid will be charged upon completion of the Auction on the night OF the auction except for the outdoor building and the Silverado. Any declined payments will receive a $25 processing fee. In case of declined payment, CASH only will then be accepted on day of pickup unless you call us to pay by phone beforehand. In either case, the $25 processing fee is added. Even if your items are being shipped, you will be charged upon completion of the Auction. If you INTEND to pay CASH on the day of pickup, please notify us before the final day of the auction as we process cards the night of. SHIPPING: PICK UP IN PERSON FOR THIS AUCTION IS ASSUMED UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION CLOSE. For this auction, shipping is offered ONLY with PRIOR authorization. If you have not received specific written (email or text) permission for shipping, your items will not be shipped as we have only ONE day for load out. They list the home almost immediately afterwards. You MUST contact us PRIOR to the auction's close to arrange shipping. ONLY SMALL ITEMS WILL RECEIVE PERMISSION FOR SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. NO FURNITURE, CRATES, TVs, ETC. If you do not have authorization for shipping prior to the Auction's close, the items will be forfeited with no refund as the client will have already been paid. Please make sure to contact us FIRST! We are a small family ran Auction house, do 12 Auctions a month, and are constantly on the road. It can, and most likely will, take up to 3 weeks to ship. Also, Shipping has increased dramatically at a rapid rate and packing supplies have sky-rocketed. Even small USPS flat rate boxes are now cost-challenged. Your payment will be processed on the evening of the auction's close for the invoice amount. We then will notify you through Shipping Saint and if you choose shipping, your Lot items will then be packed up when we get the opportunity. We will charge for labor and materials. Materials may run quite high for this particular auction as there are a TON of Breakables and Fragile Vintage Glassware/Pottery/Etc as well as several heavy items. We will contact you with the total through Shipping Saint after the items have been prepped for shipping. Failure to respond with shipping payment within 2 days of shipping notification will result in forfeiture of items purchased. If shipping is requested and the shipping costs are deemed too high, there will be no refund of original purchase as the client will have already been paid. You must have a good number and email on file to arrange shipping. . Again, PLEASE contact us BEFORE bidding if you are going to require shipping . UNCLAIMED ITEMS: ANY ITEMS PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP ON THE ASSIGNED PICK UP DAY WILL BE FORFEITED. This Auction's pick-up is onsite at the client's home and they will begin a remodel after the auction's close and CAN NOT store anyone's items. AGE REQUIREMENT: Bidders must be 18 in order to participate in the Auction. BIDDER INFORMATION AND SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to South Estate Auctions shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify South Estate Auctions if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS: South Estate Auctions is not responsible for any software, bidding platform, or internet connection issues. The auctioneer has the authority to pause, delay, postpone, extend, or remove an auction at any time deemed necessary. In the event of technical issues and the online auction closes prematurely South Estate Auctions will attempt to activate the auction and allow it to continue to be active until the contractual closing. The auctioneer reserves the right to extend the closing date and time in these extenuating circumstances. The bids will continue as they were prior the unexpected closing. Cash is accepted IF you let us know before the auction closes or IF your card is declined but a service fee will apply for the declined card payment.
