Closing: Items begin a staggered soft closing on Monday, September 8th at 8pm Eastern/7pm Central Pick up is at our Auction House at 92 Main Street in Rienzi, MS on Tuesday, August 9th between 9:00am and 5:30pm.

Please read all terms and condition. By registering to bid on this auction you agree that you have read and understand the terms and condition. We endeavor to cover the details about the auction including Preview, Bidding, Closing, Payment, Non-Payment, Fees, Buyer's Premium, Pick Up, and Shipping. PLEASE read the section on shipping. There are additional significant delays and expenses with shipping.
3 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Buyer's Premium is 17.5% and Mississippi Sales Tax is 7%. Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding. Registering to bid on this auction is acknowledgement of acceptance of the terms and conditions. We endeavor to describe everything in good faith but all items are being purchased AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties, real or implied. Pick up for this Auction is a limited window and we have no way to store items as other cosigners are loading in our warehouse the following week. Any items not picked up will result in forfeiture of items. We MUST have the items picked up at the posted pick up. Thank you!
4 SHIPPING POLICIES, PLEASE READ
PICK UP IN PERSON IS PREFERRED AS WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY AUCTION HOUSE AND HAVE UP TO 3 AUCTIONS A WEEK AND ONE EVERY 10 DAYS ON HIBID. For this auction, shipping is offered with prior authorization. You MUST contact us PRIOR to the auction's close to arrange shipping. This auction will be followed very rapidly by other cosigners unloading at our auction house and we have to know ahead of time which items will be shipped. If we are not notified prior, the items will be forfeited with no refund as the clients will have already been paid. Please make sure to contact us FIRST! We are a small family ran Auction house, do up to 12 Auctions a month, and are constantly on the road. It can, and most likely will, take up to 3 weeks to ship. Also, Shipping has increased dramatically at a rapid rate and packing supplies have sky-rocketed. Even small USPS flat rate boxes are now cost-challenged. Your payment will be processed on the evening of the auction's close for the invoice amount. We then will notify you through Shipping Saint and if you choose shipping, your Lot items will then be packed up when we get the opportunity. We will charge for labor and materials. Materials may run quite high for this particular auction as there are a TON of Breakables and Fragile Vintage Glassware/Pottery/Etc as well as several heavy and bulky items. We will contact you with the total through Shipping Saint after the items have been prepped for shipping. Failure to respond with shipping payment within 2 days of shipping notification will result in forfeiture of items purchased. If shipping is requested and the shipping costs are deemed too high, there will be no refund of original purchase as the client will have already been paid. You must have a good number and email on file to arrange shipping. . Again, PLEASE contact us BEFORE bidding if you are going to require shipping in order to receive an ESTIMATE (this will not be the exact amount as too many factors go into shipping costs but it will give you an idea) of your shipping costs.

CONDITION OF ITEMS: This Auction contains Fragile/Breakables/Vintage/Antique/Glassware/Pottery/Etc so please keep that in mind when considering packing supplies for pick up or when considering shipping. Also, this auction contains several consigned items that are antique and we have done our best to provide detailed pictures and a lot of them. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES CLOSELY AS THAT IS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION! SHIPPING: Shipping is available if we are notified before the auction closes. Shipping can run quite high for fragile items
