Items are open for public inspection during scheduled preview times. In-person preview is strongly encouraged. Bidders unable to preview in person acknowledge that their assessment of item condition is limited. Online bidding is offered as a convenience and is not guaranteed. Bidders assume all risk related to internet connectivity or software errors. We are not responsible for missed bids or technical issues. Soft close is in effect: any lot that receives a bid in the final 5 minutes will have its closing time extended by 5 minutes until bidding ceases. On-site bidders must pay in full on auction day. Accepted payment methods include cash (U.S. funds), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and Michigan personal checks with ID. No out-of-state checks accepted. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments. Online bidders will have winning bids automatically charged to the card on file at auction close unless prior arrangements are made. All invoices are in U.S. Dollars. A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all online purchases. A 6% Michigan sales tax applies unless a valid resale certificate is provided before bidding. Pickup is by appointment or during designated removal times. Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their own purchases. Forklift assistance may be available upon request. A paid receipt is required to remove any items. Items not picked up within the allowed time frame may be subject to a $5 per item per day storage fee up to the item’s full value, at which point the item may be forfeited without refund. Rigging or equipment removal requires proof of liability insurance. Buyers are responsible for any spills, messes, or damage caused during removal. Firearm transfers will be handled by our licensed FFL partner, Shettler Supply Inc, 14990 Pierce Road, Byron, MI 48418, 810-730-6669. A $40 transfer fee applies per firearm. This fee is non-negotiable and is per firearm, not per invoice. A locking case or safety lock that fits the firearm is required to complete the transfer. You must bring one or purchase one at the time of pickup. All firearm transfers will be conducted in compliance with state and federal law, including background checks. Only the registered winning bidder may complete the firearm transfer. Out-of-state buyers must provide a copy of their receiving FFL license for shipment. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply. Firearms are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty of function or safety. We recommend all firearms be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before use. By bidding on a firearm, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms.
