PLEASE READ ALL AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* Invoices will be e-mailed to you within two hours of the closing of the auction. Please check the e-mail you provided when you registered. If you do not see the invoice - check your spam folder.
* CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER- You will have the option of paying with cash or the credit/debit card that is on file(Credit/Debit Card Payments will be assessed an additional 3% processing fee). If you are paying with Credit/Debit card you WILL BE REQUIRED to provide your driver's license when you pay and the names must match.
*Following the auction winning bidders will receive a text message to the registered phone number offering them the option to select shipping or to pick up items in person. If shipping is selected the card on file will be charged for the amount including winning bids, buyer’s premium, and sales tax. If in-person pickup is selected it will be presumed that you are selecting to pay with cash at the time of pick up.
*Please update your credit card on file, this is the only credit card that will be charged so it must be valid. If you are selecting to have your items shipped- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS UPDATED. When selecting shipping you will confirm the address that your package will be sent to. SHAW AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR A PACKAGE SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NOT UP TO DATE.
* If you do not pick up your items during the allotted pick up times- YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS.
* All Personal Property MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL FROM PREMISES. All items are removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Shaw Auctions and Estates LLC WILL NOT load or help load any purchased items. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS and BRING BOXES/PACKING MATERIAL FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FRAGILE AND COULD BE BROKEN.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS as it is your responsibility to attend and view the items in person on posted preview dates. Preview is always recommended. We have done our best to provide accurate condition estimations. ANY CONDITION ASSESSMENT GIVEN IN THE DESCRIPTION IS AN OPINION AND MAY NOT BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE TO THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE ITEM.
* ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION WITHOUT WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITIES, OR SPECIFICATION. * If we have Original boxes for any items or lots, they will be pictured with the item or lot. If no box pictured - there is no box.
* PREVIEW SCHEDULE: Preview will be available upon request. To schedule a preview please text 616-788-3076 to make arrangements. Preview is highly recommended! Additional pictures are also available upon request if you are not able to preview in person.
* All Items in this auction are eligible for shipping. SHIPPING COST, INSURANCE, PACKING, BOXES + a HANDLING FEE IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER. BUYER PICK-UP IS PREFERRED.
* PICK-UP SCHEDULE: Pick-up will be Sunday, October 12th from 12pm to 4pm at American Legion Post 179 (Basement Level) at 2327 Wilson Ave SW Grand Rapids, MI. If you need to make different arrangements for pick up we can be flexible but; COMMUNICATION IS KEY - PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO Monday, October 13th. PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME & OUR PICK-UP SCHEDULE AS WE RESPECT YOURS.
* PICK-UP LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MI 49534 American Legion Post 179 (Basement Level) at 2327 Wilson Ave SW.
* Any items not picked up or accounted for by 4:00pm on Sunday, October 12th may be forfeited.
* Auction house, auctioneer and auction house employees reserve the right to place bids. Any person who places a bid will be responsible for the entire winning amount plus fees for any item that they win, no exceptions.
* SALES TAX of 6% will be collected on items purchased as well as shipping & handling costs unless you have a current ST-105 on file with us. You must contact us BEFORE the day of the auction to register your ST-105.
* PLEASE -- IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR OR PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS --- DON'T BID! You will be excluded from bidding on any of our future auctions and we do report non-paying and difficult bidders to Hi-Bid so as to warn other auctioneers of potential problems with bidders.
