THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE KANTER ESTATE. ITEMS INCLUDE DOLL COLLECTION, ORIGINAL ARTWORK, FURNITURE, GLASSWARE, HOUSEHOLD, PAPERWEIGHTS, LAWN ORNAMENTS AND MORE.
*UPON REGISTRATION YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED AND AGREED TO THE TERMS BELOW WITH NO EXCEPTIONS* All items must be picked up between the hours listed below. No storage is available. If you fail to make arrangements for pickup or do not pick items up during the hours above, items will be considered ABANDONED and you FORFEIT your rights to the items, even though you were charged. There will be no boxes, packing material or help to hauling items, so bring your own materials and people to help you move your purchases. The credit card you used to register will be charged after the auction for the lots that you were the high bidder. If you want to arrange to use another payment method, let us know in the "notes to the auctioneer" when you register. There is a 15% buyers fee and applicable sales tax applied to all purchases. This auction features an automatic extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the lot closing, bidding will extend for another 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. This will continue until no bids are registered in final 2 minutes. The closing of lots is staggered. Lots will start closing at 6pm CST on FRIDAY OCT. 3rd. Pick up is on SUNDAY OCT 5th. FROM 9-3 cst. SHIPPING will be done by a UPS store. They will contact you and charge you for shipping your items.

The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment or leave this information in "The Notes To The Auctioneer" at the time of registration. If alternative payment is approved, we accept cash or a separate credit card. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. A 6% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. . Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts.
