You must bring your own labor, tools, and hauling equipment. Everything is on the ground level of a private residence. PICK UP LOCATION: Jackson, Michigan & Romulus, Michigan. Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC. IMPORTANT! Auction staff is prohibited from assisting with any disassembly and/or loading. **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $100 per day for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s). Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceeed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied.
