Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted. **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. Lots that we can ship will say "Shipping Available". If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CAN NOT SHIP the item. On average, shipping costs $9-$50 depending on the size and weight of the boxes & the distance from Michigan (his is not a price guarantee, just our average to give you an idea). It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure their profile and shipping information is correct in his/her Hibid profile before bidding and before they register for the auction. It cannot be changed or updated once you have registered for that specific auction.
