We are liquidating the McCart Estate. This will be a 2 part auction. There is a wide variety of goods in this auction. The entire estate will be sold by online auction only. There are firearms in this auction so any firearms won through the auction that are picked up locally will go through our normal background check. If you are out of state, unless you are a licensed FFL Dealer, you will have to have your firearms delivered to a licensed FFL Dealer in your state. There are a lot of really cool items for you in this auction which include everything from brand new to very old antique items. Pick up for this auction will be Monday Sept. 30, 2024 from 11:00-4:00 and Tuesday October 1, 2024 from 10:00-4:00. Auction days are Wednesday September 25 at 5:00 PM through Tuesday October 1 beginning at 7:00 PM Preview is Saturday September 28 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM Pickup days are Friday October 4 and Saturday October 5 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY. 15% Buyers Premium and 10.44% sales tax will be charged 4 Aces takes cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payments on any items won. Credit cards will be charged on all invoices at 6:00 PM on the last pickup day for any items not yet picked up. Any items not picked up after the auction, regardless of payment, will become property of 4 Aces for storage fees.
