Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service will contact the successful bidder after the close of the auction. The bidder will then make arrangements to sign contracts and present the $10,000 nonrefundable deposit either in cash or certified bank draft (no personal checks) within 24 hours of the close of the auction. 10% buyer's premium is added to the final bid, resulting in the purchase price. If a credit card is used to pay the deposit, an additional 3% convenience fee will be added to the deposit (in addition to the buyer's premium).
