Description
Both units functioned well when engine issues shut them down. The 725 was originally a Kubota gas engine which is on the ground and included. Also on the ground is the Kubota diesel engine that is in good condition that was going to replace the gas motor. The 720 was originally a Kohler gas engine and the motor was replaced with a Kubota diesel that is now on the ground. It runs well but overheats. The head was checked as good and new gaskets were installed but still ran hot. The deck is 60" and was recently refreshed before engine troubles. Lots of parts and extras.

We are representing six primary estates in this sale. This is the first installment from the Larry & Nancy Burkholder Estate from Noel, Missouri. They were longtime residents of the area, beloved by many and known for their collections of all things cool. This sale will feature their household antiques & collectables and guns as well as their ranch equipment & Kubota tractors. You may expect fine home furnishings, over one hundred firearms, antiques, collectibles, ammunition, jewelry, clothing, tools, art, gold & silver and vehicles. This catalog will be built from May 30th through June 9th. It is always our goal to answer any of your questions via pictures so be sure and click through each picture pack as we load. Thank you! Preview will be Friday, June 11th, at the Gallery from 9- 1 p.m., 219 Butler Creek Rd., Sulphur Springs, AR 72768. If you have a negative score on HiBid, and/or want approval for purchases in excess of $1000, you must seek approval from the company prior to the auction start time or your bids will be posted as "pending" and will not be recognized. If you make purchases and do not follow through on payment or pick-up, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of your high bid charged and/or you will be blocked from bidding in future sales. All payments will be made directly to Barber Auctions on Saturday, June 12th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., and/or Monday, June 14th from 9 p.m. till 4 p.m. A 10% premium is in effect on all purchases unless otherwise stated. If you win items and cannot pick them up, but need them shipped, payment is your responsibility by phone (479-298-3034)on SATURDAY, June 12th. Non-payers will be blocked from bidding in future sales and will unfortunately will be given negative feedback viewable to all other auction companies.
Items are to be picked up at the Butler Creek Auction Gallery on Saturday, June 12th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. and Monday, June 14th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need your items shipped, we will work with our third-party shipper and you may call Ronda on Monday, June 14th for shipping arrangements @ 479-298-3034 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
