Auction Terms & Conditions All sales are final and items are sold "as is, where is". This is an estate auction so please note items are used. No sales tax will be charged for this auction. PAYMENT: Credit Card used for registration will be charged immediately following the auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to auction end. At this time, we will ban the bidder from any future sells and resell the item(s) to the back up bidder. Shipping will only be arranged after payment has cleared. PICK-UP: You must pick your item(s) up at the stated times if you do not you will release your item to be resold or sold to the back-up bidder. On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer or other acknowledgment of a successful bidder on a lot, title to the property in that lot will pass and the successful bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. If any dispute arises, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle it and put any disputed lot up for sale again.
