Auction Terms & Conditions All State & Federal gun laws will be strictly enforced. A
local FFL Dealer Hardware Hank in Thief River Falls will handle all
paperwork, with a $20 transfer fee per gun. Purchase
of a hand gun requires a permit. Out of state buyers,
please note all guns and firearms must be transferred to
an authorized Federal Firearms Licensed gun dealer in
your area, all handling, packaging & shipping fees are
the buyer’s responsibility. Out of state buyers will need to
supply FFL information for transfer.
All FFL transfers/pickups need to be completed within 30
days.
You must pay for your item first then proceed to the FFL
checkout, to be processed and receive your purchases.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Buyer's premium 10% on online purchases capped at 1000 us dollars per item
