Bidding opens at 12:00 PM on March 19, 2021 and has a staggered soft closing date of April 9, 2021 @ 6:00 Pm. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the first recorded bid becomes the winner. Inspection Date: March 29, 2021 & April 5, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Bidders must inspect the items in person or by viewing the pictures provided on-line. All items are sold in as-is condition with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final. PICK-UP DATES will be April 10th & 11th, 2021 from 12:00PM until 4:00PM at the auction address (1008 W. Co. Rd. 600 N. Brazil, IN 47834). Any bidder that has not picked-up their purchases or made arrangements to do so will have the credit card on file charged and will forfeit those items. Buyers may pay with cash upon pickup.
