Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner/Seller or Cash & Carry Auctions, LLC concerning these items or lots shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. Cash & Carry Auctions, LLC realizes this is an inconvenience and will not take this course of action lightly. However, we do reserve the right to remove items from the auction in the event the need arises. REMOVAL: Once the auction is over, the buyer owns the item. The Buyer assumes all risk of damage and/or loss of the property until removed from sale premises. The pickup information is stated in each auction event's details. WHAT IS A BID: When a bid is placed a contract is made. The bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid and win, you are contractually required to buy the product at the said price you bid.
