Auction Terms & Conditions Please bring boxes ,packing materials and furniture help when picking up your items. I have had a few problems with people not picking up their items still and having to relist them. This causes problems with the people who actually bid and want the items. It is not fair to those who follow the program and do what they are suppose to. If you are not going to be able to pick up your items please do not bid. Anyone not picking up bid items will be blocked from future bidding. Otherwise I thank everyone who does follow through. Many Thanks.
PICK UP TIME is MONDAY 3/01 & TUESDAY 3/02 from 10-6 pm. after the day the sale ends. No shipping unless discussed before bidding.
Buyer's Premium is 15% and Sales Tax is 6%.
We also consign for the online auctions. One piece or the whole house.

Also a special note. On the day the auction starts to close there is a live catalog bar that is blinking. Click on that bar and you can bid from that page down to the last second instead of searching for you item on the pages as you normally do throughout the week.
