Description
Bidding on the contents of house, yard and garage. Trash and treasure including furniture, electronics, photography equipment, ammunition indicating there may be guns but we did not search everything, simply too much. Some jewelry was discovered, is being evaluated with an opening bid as a separate lot at the 'we buy gold' price from a reputable dealer. Cameras, lenses, laptop computers, variety of personal electronic items. One room is filled with designer boxes of ladies shoes, purses & accessories that we simply were not able to search, sort and break into small lots. Most size 6 to 6.5 shoes, lots of boxes neatly packed nad stacked in closet, we opened one to reveal wrapped high end crystal. The master closet has lots of mens shoes, clothes, briefcases, assorted small items, this is where we discovered gold, silver, diamonds the jewelry tucked away. Master bedroom with excercise equipment, vintage chest of drawers filled with a variety of items. Yard had tarped over storage racks, the garage has at least 12 vending machines, many in original packaging. Boxes of wallets, lots of pleather wallets or pouches. Many, many unsearched boxes and lots of tools. Special load out condition, the garage may not be loaded out first day as priority is given to safely removing the 3 cars, one reportedly stored since 1978 from the garage. Initially appeard to be hoarder style, however there was a lot of trash decades of advertising newspapers and such, bagged & removed to central yard. Many many items suitable for use or resale.
