Auction company reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids at their sole descretion. A buyers premium applys to this action at the rate of 10% of final bid price, 13% for credit card sales/payments. Payment accepted, in addition to credilt card, include cash, bank/wire transfer. Cash at pickup requires prior arrangement and a $500 deposit to be applied to payment of balance. Sales tax on vehicles will be collected by local State DMV at time of registration. By placing bids for items offered in this sale, bidder acknowledges that they are aware of description and satisfied with the accepatability thereof, and further acknowledge that they are aware of the opportunity to inspect, or not, at their own descretion. Payment Terms
Payment is due at close of auction. Accepted forms of payment method include Cash, Wire/Bank Transfer, Postal Money Order and credit card. Sorry, no personal checks. Applicable sales tax on vehicles will be payable to local State DMV at time of registration. A 10% buyers premium will be applied to all sale, 13% for credit card payment. Scheduled pick-up dates are May 6 thru 9, 2019 between the gours of 10AM PST and 3PM PST each day. The location is; Palmdale School District 39210 10TH Street East, Palmdale CA 93550. Please be prompt, this is a working location and access is limited. The successful bidder is responsible for the manpower, material and equipment needed to remove the purchased bus(s). There will be no equipment available for use at the site. Proof of payment, and completion of needed release documents will be required before any buses can be removed.
