This was a working golf coarse that closed in November of 2018. Every item is in good to great working condition unless specified different in lot description. 13% BUYERS PREMIUM, ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO EXCEPTIONS! The BUYER is responsible to remove items during pick times! IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BUYER IS STILL RESPONSIBLE! If items are not picked up during allotted times your card will be charged and items will be lost! Shipping will be available at BUYER'S expense on smaller items.
