Payment for shipping will be made directly to the shipping company. Silver Lace Auction is for conducting online auctions only. All items are assumed used unless it is stated otherwise. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Silver Lace Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items will be charged a 10% buyer's premium for internet bidding. Please read all descriptions closely for each lot - some smaller items can be shipped. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. After payment is completed for the items won, your items will be delivered to a local shipping company and they will contact the buyer after payment is completed for the items won only. Buyer will pay the shipping company directly. Silver Lace Auction has no control over shipping costs. Out of State buyers are responsible for completing payment either through paypal or by credit card. Auction company sends invoices through the square to be paid - DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Invoices will be sent 1-2 days after the auction ends for payment to be completed by out of state buyers who cannot pick up in person. Not all items are available for shipment. Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction closes. Silver Lace Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers are responsible for moving lots picked up in person. Non paying bidders will be reported & prevented from registering and bidding in other estate auctions.
