TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All bidders are required to register prior to biding and must provide a valid credit card in order to bid. A ONE TIME FEE of $1 will be charged by the auction hosting platform for verification & security purposes ONLY. This card WILL NOT be retained by the system so Celebz Direct Auctions will be unable to process any additional charges unless you re-submit and authorize Celebz Direct Auctions to use your card. Bidders must use the bidder number assigned to them at the time of registration. 2. Celebz Direct Auctions reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. Celebz Direct Auctions also reserves the right to withdraw, consolidate or divide any lot or lots in the auction. In all cases of dispute Celebz Direct Auctions’ decision shall be final. 3. Terms of the sale are PayPal, Credit Card, Check or other approved equivalent. Full settlement must be made within 48 hours from sale day and after receipt of invoice. If payment is not made within that time frame, Celebz Direct Auctions reserves the right to cancel the item(s) sale. Items will not be shipped until paid for in FULL, including any and all shipping and handling charges. 4. At the end of the auction all new bidders will have the option to either pay by PayPal, Credit Card, Check or other approved equivalent unless those are returning customers/bidders who have previously authorized Celebz Direct Auctions to use a Credit Card that has been their usual form of payment. 5. All items are sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis with no guarantees, warranties or representations express or implied, with respect to the correctness, descriptions, authenticity, advertisement, physical condition, size, quantity, quality, or value of any goods offered for sale. All items lie at the purchaser’s risk immediately at the fall of the hammer or the word sold. Any subsequent damage, including any caused by the auction staff during moving or loading is solely at the buyer’s risk. 6. All items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the authenticity, advertisement, physical condition, size, quantity, quality, or value of any goods offered for sale, and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale whatsoever. The consignor, Celebz Direct Auctions or any Employee of Celebz Direct Auctions, do NOT have any authority to make any representation or warranty regarding an item. 7. On no account is a consignor of goods to the auction allowed to bid on their own merchandise. 8. Some of the items may have a reserve price and although on occasions, the bidding may start below the reserve, Celebz Direct Auctions may execute bids on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve, if applicable. Celebz Direct Auctions, at their discretion, may not sell any unreserved item, if, in their judgment, the highest bid is at a level that could be considered injurious to the consignor. 9. All sales are final. No refunds or credits shall be issued under any circumstances, and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances UNLESS authorized by Celebz Direct Auctions. Celebz Direct Auctions reserves the right to revoke the sale of any item even if the item has been paid for in full. 10. All items will be shipped within 2-5 business days following payment in full.
