There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to all bid amounts and will be due and payable by the winning bidder immediately after the auction closes. All items are being sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. The credit card on file will automatically be charged immediately following the auction unless the buyer has notified the auction company in advance of the auction by email of their intent to pay with a bank wire. The email may be sent to cs@lawlerauction.com. In the event that the bank wire is not received by 11am on November 30, 2018, the credit card on file will automatically be charged. In the event that the credit card or debit card is charged, there will be a 3% credit card surcharge added. There will only be one pickup day for this auction, which is Friday, November 30, 2018 from 9am until 4pm. Lots numbered 1-99 are located at the offices of Heart & Vacscular Associates of Acadiana, P.C., at 935 Camellia Blvd., Suite 103, Lafayette, LA 70508. Lots numbered 100 and up are located at the Bridge Storage Facility at 2108 Verot School Road in Lafayette, Louisiana. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to load out their own items on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 9am to 4pm only. Bidders are encouraged to bring thier own dollies and plenty of help to load out their items. (The buyer of the nuclear imaging system will have 30 days to remove the equipment.). A preview and inspection of the items will be on the morning of the auction (Nov. 29th) from 9am to 12pm when we will have staff at both locations during that time period.
