Explorer Van Co., Warsaw, IN Only 9500 miles on this practically brand new, luxury, conversion van. Full power seats, game console center, entertainment package. One trip to South Carolina shortly after purchase and a few trips to town are all she's been out of the garage for. Very nice vehicle.

Description
Pamela Peake is downsizing her holdings and selling many of the items located at her second home in St. Helen, following the death of Frank. Pamela and Frank enjoyed collecting their many treasures and having fun with them at their beautiful estate in Northern Michigan. These items are well cared for and in many cases, unused. There was a large assortment of items for every occasion, so make sure you view the entire catalog to find all the items you may be interested in.
All items sell AS-IS and WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Leist Auctioneers has made every effort to accurately photograph and describe the items to the best of their ability, but mistakes can and do happen. It is the buyers/bidders responsibility to inspect each and every item prior to placing any bids to determine quality, quantity, condition, authenticity, value and the like. All inspections are to be completed PRIOR to bidding. No items shall be rejected for any reason once the auction is completed. Preview and inspection opportunities are provided for this reason and are expected to be utilized by potential bidders. Auction pickup and load out will be conducted on Monday, October 15, 2018 starting at 1pm and ending at 5pm. We expect all items to be picked up on time. All other arrangements must be approved with Leist Auctioneers PRIOR to bidding. DO NOT contact Leist Auctioneers with alternative pickup/loadout arrangements after placing bids, or after bidding is completed. Shipping may be available for certain items. Contact Leist Auctioneers prior to bidding to determine if shipping is an option for the items you are interested in bidding on. Terms and Conditions of this auction are important to read and understand. Any disputes related to the auction will be referred to the Terms and Conditions. Any potential legal issues related to this auction will be conducted in Charlevoix County, MI and Michigan law shall govern. We will not tolerate no show or non paying bidders for any reason. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for statements made by the seller. Leist Auctioneers acts as an agent for the seller and is not responsible for any disagreements related to seller statements. Payment is expected at the auction load out via cash, check or credit card. Credit Card transactions shall have a 3% processing fee added to the total purchase price. A 10% Buyers Premium shall be added to the winning bid on all items to determine the final selling price. For example, an item with a winning bid of $100 will have a final sale price of $110. Any items not picked up during the designated checkout will be charged to the winning bidder's registered credit card on file. Those purchases will then be collected by Leist Auctioneers. Items not collected after a period of 30 days will be resold by Leist Auctioneers. Leist Auctioneers will retain the proceeds from the reselling of those items. A $5 per day storage and handling fee will be assessed to all items collected by Leist Auctioneers and picked up within the 30 day deadline. Shipping is only available on a few select items. Please contact Leist Auctioneers prior to bidding to determine if items you are interested in can be shipped. All costs associated with shipping will be incurred by the buyer. Leist Auctioneers will transport items requiring shipping to local UPS or USPS for shipping and packaging. Pickup is required on Monday, October 15 between 1pm and 5pm at the auction location of 7595 John Dr. in St. Helen, MI.
