Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Auction Dates/Times:
Online Bidding Opens Wednesday, December 6, 2017. The auction will begin to close with Lot 1 at 6:30PM MST on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 and continue to close at 2 items per minute until all items have sold. Any bidding activity on a lot within the final 2 minutes will extend bidding an additional 2 minutes until no additional bidding occurs.Continue following the auction to make sure you don't miss out!
---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.25% swipe fee on credit card payments.
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
Wiring instructions can be provided upon request.
South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles.
If you are tax exempt, you must have a current resale form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. No exceptions!
You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration.
You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.
---REGISTRATION---
A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.
---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
On site settlement at the Hot Springs City Shop, 2001 Hwy 18 Bypass Hot Springs SD on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 10:00AM to 12:30PM MST. Removal at buyers risk & expense by Friday December 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm or by arrangement. Property left at buyers risk. Please plan accordingly before bidding.
Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.
As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by Friday December 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.
All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.
---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---
<b>Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium.</b> As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, & storage. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

*ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than Friday December 15, 2017 at 4:00 pm unless storage arrangements have been made. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked.

Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Bradeen Auctions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. Bradeen Auctions retains the right, at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice.
