MAJHA MERCH AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Majha Merch's auctions. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Binding Agreement
By bidding, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in bid invalidation or legal action.
Definitions
Auction: An event where items are sold to the highest bidder.
Bidder/Buyer: An individual/entity registered to participate in the Auction.
Buyer's Premium: A 15% fee added to the winning bid.
Handling Fee: A fee between $1 per item, covering processing costs.
HST: Harmonized Sales Tax at 13%, as per Ontario law.
Auction Items
Description: Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranties, unless stated. Categories include overstock, packaging-damaged goods, and customer returns.
Condition: Items may have cosmetic imperfections. Inspect before bidding.
Bidder Eligibility
Registration: Bidders must be 18+ and provide valid ID.
Information Accuracy: Ensure all registration details are accurate.
Bidding Process
Placement: Bids are binding offers. Retraction is not allowed.
Winning Bid: The highest bid at auction close wins. Disputes are resolved at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Amount Due: Winning bid + 15% Buyer's Premium + 1 $Handling Fee + 13% HST, payable within 48 hours.
Methods: E-transfer to accounts@majhamerch.com (include invoice number) or cash (in-person).otherwise credit card on the file
Item Pickup and Shipping
Pickup:

Schedule:
(Cambridge): Tuesday to Saturday BETWEEN 11:00 AM- 5:00 PM/
Shipping:
shipping is requested via majhamerch.com/shipping
Method: International shipping via Canada Post and UPS.
Charges: By requesting shipping, you agree to standard charges, verifiable on their websites.
Alternative Shipping: you can Arrange your own shipping as well
Billing: Shipping charges are billed to your payment method with your invoice. No refunds on shipping charges.
Liability: We are not responsible for shipping damages; risk transfers to the buyer once with the carrier.
refunds-no refunds will be issued if fail to arrange shipping.
Buyer Guarantee
Refund Eligibility: Available within 5 days from pickup or date item received, if an item significantly differs from its description or has undisclosed defects. No refunds for small items, fragile after leaving the warehouse. Inspection should be performed before leaving otherwise there would be no returns accepted.
Note: Inspection desk has been placed to inspect such items on site.
Exclusions: No refunds for cosmetic imperfections or buyer's remorse.
Process: Submit claims to info@majhamerch.com within 5 days. Items may be inspected before refunds.
For electronic items
We only make sure the item power turns on or not, full functionality is not possible to test so there would be no refunds offered anymore if there is any problem beyond power on .
Limitation of Liability
Majha Merch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, errors in item descriptions, or third-party shipping issues.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
