Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions: You must be a registered user to bid on the items in this auction. Elite Collectibles may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. By registering to bid, YOU represent to Elite Collectibles that you are at least eighteen 18 years of age and that you are otherwise legally able to enter into a contract. By bidding you are stating that you are able to pay for your won auction items, the buyer's premium & the shipping and handling. By bidding you constitute a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between Auctioneer and each Bidder. Please view all items you intend to bid on and make your own determination of value and/or condition. You are responsible to preview each item from the pictures & descriptions. This is a soft close auction so please be aware that with the internet there are delays in transmission that could result in your bid not being received. Please do not wait until the last second to register or bid to help prevent this from happening. With that said, you may not retract a bid that has been acknowledged by Elite Collectibles or that has been submitted online. You agree not to withdraw or to attempt to withdraw any bid tendered by you. Elite Collectibles is not liable for any technical difficulties you may experience beyond our control. Elite Collectibles, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction.

*Elite Collectibles Guarantees Everything We Sell To Be Authentic. If you ever see anything questionable in our auctions, please let us know right away so we can pull it! We never want to have anything fake in our auctions. If there is an issue with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to let us know.
*CONDITION: Bidder inspection is encouraged! You must view pictures to determine condition of items.
*Stones in Jewelry: If we do not list the item as a certian type of stone, it is most likely going to be synthentic or man made. We do not gurantee stones that we do not list.
*Precious Metals & Coins: We guarantee all gold, silver, and other precious metals to be authentic. We may have a reserve close to scrap prices on precious metals.
*Graded & Raw Cards: We only guarantee items graded by PSA, Beckett, SGC, CCG or CSG! If the card is RAW (ungraded), we will not give any specific details on what we think it will grade. If you do send an item to be authenticated and it's deemed not authentic we will cover the purchase price and buyers premium for that item. We will not cover grading fees.
*Signed Items: We guarantee all signed items we sell in auction
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* 18% Buyer's premium rate charged for Online Bidders.
* We ONLY Accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, & Wire Transfer (NO CASH OR CHECKS AT THIS TIME).
*There is a 3% Convenience Fee On PayPal Payments.
*NEW CUSTOMERS: Anything over $500 will need to be wired if you have not purchased from us at least 5 times.
* Shipping: We get everything ready for shipping the following business day. We will ship items at the cost of shipping plus a small Handling Fee of $.95 per a package.
*If your card does not go through the 1st time we run it, payment is due within 48 hrs.
*Pickup: YOU MUST LET US KNOW YOU ARE PICKING UP OR IT WILL SHIP
