This sale features a three generation antique collection of the Perry family. In addition to normal estate items, you can expect gold & silver, coins, jewelry, automobiles, equipment, antiques, collectables, firearms and specialty items. Our public preview is Thursday, August 13th from 4 -6 p.m. at the gallery, or by appointment.
This catalog will be built from June 15th, 2026 through August 12th, 2026. It is always our goal to answer any of your questions via pictures so be sure and click through each picture pack for each lot as we load. Also, shop by category or keyword for convenience. Lots are set fto go off every 10 seconds. If bidding in this environment is difficult, or your internet speeds are questionable, we suggest placing a maximum bid you are comfortable with for security of not losing the item for less, especially in the event of a distraction or emergency.
Buyers bidding on automobiles, gold, silver or firearms or other items of value in excess of $500.00 USD, with a low reputation score on HiBid, may have their bids rejected, and / or their credit card left uncharged unless they are known to the company and / or have made arrangements with management prior to auction start. You may also be required to make payment for aforesaid items in the form of cash, cashier's check or wire transfer. Please consider these stipulations when placing bids. Thank you.

Terms and Conditions
* Large purchases of over $500 or more, especially for Gold, Autos, Firearms, etc. may require payment by cash, cashier's check or wire transfer only, epecially if you are not known to the company or have a low bidder reputation score.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Buyer's premium of 13% is in effect . There is 3% discount if paying by cash or check. Must call or email to request this option by 12:30 on the Thursday before the Friday sale.
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen this auction in the event of computer system or internet problem, or to pause it until problems are rectified.
* Payments will be automatically charged to the card you have on file with HiBid.com at the close of each auction, unless you have called or emailed to request to be on the Cash Pay list. Cash buyers must pay and pick up their lots on the scheduled pick up dates. If cash buyers fail to pay on the scheduled pick up dates, Cash Pay will be removed and automatically charged to your card on file with Hibid.
* Auction company may bid on behalf of any reserves set by seller though these are limited generally to items of significant value wherein the seller must realize a reasonable return on investment.
*Shipping will be handled in-house, card on file will be charged for shipping and handling. See our shipping policy for details.
*If your bids show as "pending", it means you have a zero or negative reputation feedback score in the HiBid system and you will be unable to participate in this sale without making personal arrangements with management.
*If you may be bidding in excess of $2,000 you will need to get approval prior by 12:30 CST, the Thursday before the Friday sale.
*If you do not pay for or pick up your items for any reason other than health or death, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or will be blocked from bidding in future sales.
*If purchasing firearms, federal laws will apply and purchases will be transferred to out of state buyers via FFL dealers. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. Buyers of firearms need to be prepared to fill out an affidavit as to their legality and submit a copy of their state issued I.D. for our company records only. Company may further restrict purchases beyond the federal laws concerning the purchase of certain firearms, i.e. semi-auto assault rifles.

A 13% premium is in effect on all purchases unless otherwise stated.
There is a 3% discount for cash buyers. Call or email BEFORE 12:30 p.m. on August 13th to be placed on the cash list. Our office will be closed after 12:30 and we will not be taking any calls or emails during the live auction.
This privilege means you will need to make payment and pick by Monday, August 17th @ 3:00 p.m.
Unpaid invoices with no communication by Monday, August 17th will be removed from cash pay list and automatically charge to your card on file with Hibid.

Delivery Methods
We determine your shipping status automatically based on your registered address distance from Zip Code 72768.
Over 150 Miles (Automatic Shipping)/ Shipping Requested at registration : Your Order is Automatically designated for shipping. No contact necessary to request this service.
Within 150 Miles (Local Pick-Up Default): Your Order is designated for Local Pick Up. If you require shipping, you must email dba@barberauctions.com immediately following the auction close.
Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
Due to the high volume of orders handled after each auction, shipping turnaround times are estimated at two weeks.
We pack and ship orders sequentially based on packaging complexity to ensure every item arrives safely. Straightforward shipments—such as smaller orders, jewelry, coins, and currency—are prepared first. Larger, multi-box orders or items requiring specialized care are completed during the final stage of fulfillment.
Excluded Items (Third-Party Shipping /Freight Required)
The following items cannot be shipped in-house due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions. Buyers must arrange and pay for a third-party carrier to pick up and transport these lots. You must notify our office of your arrangements, and items must be collected within two weeks post-auction.
Items Marked No Shipping
Box Lots: Shipping costs frequently exceed the value of these lots. In-house shipping is unavailable, and third-party shipping is not recommended.
Specialty Lots: Vehicles, furniture, farm equipment, televisions, and oversized framed art.
Carrier Security & Delivery Requirements
To safeguard high-value purchases and comply with transit regulations, specific lots are subject to strict security protocols:
High-Value Currency: Coins, paper money, and bullion classified as currency by carriers must ship via USPS Registered Mail to ensure full insurance coverage.
Signature Requirements: All shipments valued at $250 or more require a signature upon delivery.
Firearm Shipments & Legal Compliance
Barber Auctions strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the transport and delivery of firearms. Firearm shipments are processed and transferred through a designated third-party Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
FFL Requirements: All regulated firearms must be shipped directly to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers must coordinate with their local FFL dealer to submit a copy of their license to dba@barberauctions.com before shipping can be initiated.
Compliance Checks: Shipments will only proceed once all legal documentation is verified and carrier restrictions are fully met.
Quotes, Deposits, and Payment
Ballpark Estimates: Estimates are available upon request. These are directional figures and do not guarantee final shipping and handling costs.
Handling Deposits: Orders requiring extensive packing, multiple boxes, excessive materials, or high shipping costs may require a non-refundable handling deposit. This covers packing labor and applies directly to your final shipping total.
Automatic Billing: Once your order is packed and exact costs are calculated, we will bill your card on file with HiBid for all shipping and handling fees.
Damaged Shipments & Insurance Claims
All in-house shipments are fully insured. If your items arrive damaged, Barber Auctions will file an insurance claim on your behalf. To process a claim successfully, you must complete the following steps:
Keep All Materials: Retain the shipping box, all packing materials, and the damaged items. Do not discard anything, as carriers may require a physical inspection.
Take Photographs: Capture clear photos of the damaged items, the packing materials used, and both the inside and outside of the shipping box (highlighting any crushing, punctures, or tears).
Submit Evidence: Email your photos and claim details immediately to dba@barberauctions.com.
