Auction Closing:
Saturday, August 1, begins closing at 8:00 PM EST with a Soft Close.
Pickup & Delivery
Scheduled pickup is available August 2 – August 8 by appointment.
Payment is due immediately following the auction.
Delivery is available on select qualifying items for an additional fee. Please contact us before bidding if you have questions regarding delivery.
Our staff will assist with loading during scheduled pickup whenever possible. Buyers are encouraged to bring appropriate trailers, tie-downs, and any additional help needed for larger purchases.

A valid credit card is required to register and bid.

Auction Terms
Soft Close bidding with automatic bid extensions to ensure fair bidding.
Some lots are subject to reserve, while many will sell to the highest bidder.
All equipment, vehicles, trailers, tools, outdoor power equipment, and miscellaneous items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
Brand-new cabinets, flooring, decking, and qualifying new appliances are represented as new merchandise. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items during preview and carefully review each lot description for product-specific information or disclosures.
Preview is strongly encouraged before placing bids.
Removal Policy
After payment has been received, buyers have 30 days to remove purchased items unless other arrangements have been approved by Cabinet Solutions Live. Items remaining beyond the 30-day period may be considered abandoned and become the property of Cabinet Solutions Live without refund.
