All bidders attending this auction by Benz Enterprises Auctions must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All auction items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect items, ask questions, and assure themselves of the condition of an item before bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, absolutely no refunds or returns of any kind, including for description, condition or photography of items.
We encourage all bidders to inspect ALL items - paying special attention to large items such as vehicles and tractors. We are not mechanics! All item listings are described based on what we see or are told by the consignor. We list to the best of our abillity at the time of photographing but do not take responsibility for the description or condition of any item.
Benz Enterprises Auctions is not responsible for any item with faulty or missing safety equipment.

All bidders must provide their first and last name, address, phone number, valid credit card, and email address.
Benz Enterprises Auctions and/or the owner reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone who has defaulted on payment or failed to honor bids at previous auctions.
A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the purchase price of all items.
Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items unless the purchaser is tax exempt and has proper documentation on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. Tax exempt forms may be completed at pickup, and invoices will be adjusted accordingly.
Vehicles and trailers with titles will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will be paid at the DMV at the time of registration.
Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, good checks, and credit cards. All items MUST be paid for by the Monday following the sales closing. Transport / layover items being picked up at a later date MUST be paid in full by the Monday after the sale closes.
Any invoice totaling over $1,000.00 must be paid by certified check or cash at checkout unless prior arrangements have been approved by Benz Enterprises Auctions.
Pickup Days - Loaders will be on site for large items:
o Friday, July 24th: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
o Saturday, July 25th: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
o Monday, July 27th: 1:00 PM - 6:00PM
***Bring help for large / hand lift items. Bring bins/ boxes for tool lots. (white trays stay with us.)
Benz Enterprises Auctions reserves the right to remove or add auction items up until auction closing time.
Bids cannot be retracted once placed. A bid is a binding contract. You will be expected to pay for every winning bid, NO EXCEPTIONS!
This is a timed online-only auction. Lots will be staggered and will begin closing on Thursday, July 23 at 6:00 PM.
Soft Close: If bidding activity occurs at the time of closing, bidding on that item will automatically be extended by 2 minutes.
In the event the auction server goes down during closing, the auction will be paused and resumed once service is restored.
This is a local pickup-only auction.
All successful bidders must pick up & pay for items during the scheduled pickup hours. Items not picked up within the designated pickup times will become the property of the auctioneer and may be disposed of at their discretion.
Loaders will be running during pickup days, and a cashier will be on site.
