All goods must be removed by close of business 14th July, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Postage and delivery must also be arranged by this date.

" Please ensure you bring adequate assistance when collecting your items, as staff may not be available to assist.
" Buyers must bring their own packing materials, including bubble wrap, boxes, and blankets. YVA does not supply these on-site.

BIDDING REGISTRATION:
" All bidders must register online via the HiBid platform at www.yvauctions.com.au
" Click the green tab: "Click here for Registrations & Catalogue"
" First-time bidders must select "Login/New Bidder" and follow the prompts
" All new bidders must be verified by our office prior to bidding
" Ensure all personal details are entered correctly
Once approved, you may participate in this and future auctions.
Important:
HiBid places a $1 USD authorisation hold when registering.
This is not a charge - it is a card verification process and is automatically released by your bank within a few days.

TIMED ONLINE BIDDING:
Yarra Valley Auctions conducts this auction via the HiBid online platform.
In the event of any technical issue, delay, interruption, or platform discrepancy, the Auctioneer reserves the right to determine the validity and priority of all bids. All decisions are final.
Online bidders acknowledge that delays may occur due to internet connectivity or platform latency, and Yarra Valley Auctions accepts no responsibility for such occurrences.

No claims will be accepted after the fall of the hammer.

" The buyer assumes full responsibility for goods at the fall of the hammer

" Full payment must be made prior to collection
" All invoices must be finalised by 4:00PM Tuesday 14th July

Collection & Third-Party Pickups
" No goods will be released without a paid invoice
" Third-party collectors must present proof of payment

CONDITION OF ITEMS:
All goods are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees.
Electrical Items:
Second-hand electrical goods may be faulty and should be tested by a qualified person in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 prior to use.

POSTAGE & TRANSPORT
Small Items:
Small items can be shipped via Australia Post, Transdirect or Pack & Send at the buyer's expense.
Australia Post accepts parcels up to 22 kg, with a maximum length of 105 cm and a maximum cubic volume of 0.25 cubic metres. Larger, heavier or oversized items will require transport by a carrier.
Packing & Handling:
$22.00 packing and handling fee per parcel.
Postage costs are charged separately.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for packing and dispatch.
Large, Fragile & Oversized Items:
Items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will require collection by a transport carrier.
Buyers may:
-Select a carrier from the Carriers page on our website, or
-Arrange their own preferred transport company. If you are organising your own carrier, please advise our office of the collection date so your items can be prepared for pickup.
We are also happy to box or wrap items ready for transport for a packing fee, even when using your own carrier.
International Shipping:
International shipping must be arranged by the buyer through:
-Pack & Send Lilydale, or
-Your own nominated international carrier.
Please note that Yarra Valley Auctions does not complete customs documentation and accepts no responsibility for items once they have been collected or dispatched by the shipping provider.
Important Changes to Shipping:
If you request shipping when registering for a Yarra Valley Auctions sale, please note the following:
Australia Post Deliveries:
All Australia Post shipping charges under $100 will be automatically charged to the credit card registered to your bidding account once your parcel has been packed.
A minimum $22.00 packing and handling fee per parcel will also apply to cover the labour and materials required to safely package your items.
Carrier Deliveries:
For large, fragile or oversized purchases requiring a transport carrier, buyers may either:
-Choose a carrier listed on the Carriers page of our website, or
-Arrange their own transport provider.
If arranging your own carrier, please notify our office of the collection date in advance.
Yarra Valley Auctions can also professionally box or wrap your items ready for transport for a packing fee, regardless of which carrier you choose.
