Bidder acknowledges that they have read, understands, and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Everything is sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee.
All sales are final. The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. We do not accept returns so bid accordingly!

Gordyville USA LLC assumes no liability for the accuracy of item descriptions. Auction listings are prepared based on information provided by the Consignor. If you, the buyer, are relying fully on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to inspect items and make judgments for yourself before bidding. There are no refunds or invalidations of sales for Buyer's Remorse, inaccuracies, defects, damages, or incorrect descriptions.
Sales Tax Exemption- Buyers must present a current and valid exemption certificate at time of registration.
Bidding disputes will be settled at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.
We offer shipping with Shipping Saint! Packing is charged at $60/ hour or $1/minute with a $3 per package minimum, plus box, bubble wrap/ packaging costs. Large, bulky, heavy, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. Purchased items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days following the auction. Please call us with any questions about shipping at 217-568-1210.
We will charge the card on business day 3 following the auction UNLESS prior arrangements are made. If your invoice is over $1000, you will receive a phone call before we charge the card. Pick up of items will be at Gordyville office during office hours which are Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Gordyville USA, LLC is not responsible for any mishaps or accidents on auction premises.
Purchased items not picked up at Gordyville Monday through Friday 8am - 5 pm within one week after auction close or items without shipping invoices paid will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold at the buyers expense. (UNLESS otherwise communicated prior to last pickup day) We will NOT give any refunds for items that fall under this term.
If a payment is NOT made and we are not able to reach you by phone or email within 5-business days of the auction, your online bidding account will be suspended and you will not be able to bid on future auctions.
Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter and the auctioneer reserves the right to add such Terms and Conditions to sale as announced or posted during auction.
Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate bidding privileges at any time.
Payments accepted in form of credit cards through global payments online with a 3% surcharge fee for credit card payments. Payments accepted in form of cash and check if picking up items in person from auction location.
We reserve the right to cancel/reopen any auctions in the circumstances of system failures.
Buyer must pay for all items purchased before items can be removed/shipped from facility. Titles will be mailed out within 14 days of end of auction.
