2. Registration & Bidding: All bidders must register with valid information before placing a bid.Bidding is a legally binding contract; once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or remove bidders at any time.
3. Payment & Invoicing: The winning bidder must submit full payment within after auction closing. If payment is not received within the deadline, the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale and ban the bidder from future auctions.

5. Pick-Up & Late Fees: Buyers must pick up items within the pick up time frame. Any late pick-ups will incur a $25 fee. If items are not picked up within [2] days after the deadline, they may be considered abandoned and resold, with no refund issued.
