Staff may bring items to your vehicle, but are not responsible for loading them into the vehicle. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions. Great West reserves the right to dispose of or resell items that are not picked up in lieu of storage fees. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Payment is made at pickup (cash, Visa, MasterCard, or debit) or ahead of pickup by E-transfer. Any purchaser who wants their items shipped (when shipping is available) must pay by E-transfer. The auction company reserves the right to pause, extend, or reschedule the auction in the event of such issues. All decisions of the auction company shall be final. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and needs items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance, if/when the service is available. There will be a transportation fee starting at $10 per lot. Not all items are able to be transported by our staff, and this service is not always available.
