The credit card that you register with will be billed immediately after the auction closes.
If your card is declined, you will have 48 hours to pay your invoice or all of your bids will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to bid on our auctions.

If shipping is available for smaller items, it will be labeled "shipping available". There will be an additional cost to the buyer for shipping services rendered on items purchased by buyer from this auction. You will be billed separately for shipping once we ship it and the total cost is determined. We will bill your card on file.

All items are sold AS IS, No Refunds and No Returns. We do our best to confirm electric/electronics work prior to the start of the auction.
YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. The Owner/Sellers of property sold through this site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion.

We need your items picked up quickly upon closure of the auction. We cannot store items indefinitely. If you do not come during the load out days, there will be an additional $10 a day fee, PER ITEM, for storage fees charged to your card on file.
Items remaining 7 days after removal deadline, will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to Hwy 126 Feed Lot, who may resell or dispose of items. Any funds paid will be forfeited for failure to abide by the terms of sale.
