<b>Registration</b>
All bidders must register in order to bid on items with Wieman Land & Auction. New customers maybe asked to send the auction company a letter of credit to be approved to bid. Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to remove a bidder for violations of the terms and conditions. If any bidder at any time feels his/her username or password has been compromised, contact Wieman Land & Auction immediately.
<b>All Equipment is sold in "AS IS" condition </b>
All auction items are being sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Any description given by Wieman Land & Auction or the seller is not guaranteed. All sales are final! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed. The best inspection of equipment is to be done personally by you, the buyer. Once listed, all items are available for auction only and not subject to prior sale.
<b>Auction End Times </b>
WiemanBid2Buy.com online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. All items have an auto extended bid feature. Any bid placed in the final minute of close will automatically extend the bidding 1 minute until no bid is place in the allotted time.
<b>Photos </b>
All pictures of items are to be used only as a guide. Pictures may not always display every major nor minor flaw in condition. In order to make the best determination of condition, we encourage you to personally inspect the items.
<b>Reserved Auction</b>
Some lots may have a reserve value set by the seller. Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. We take pride in selling equipment, not calling no sales so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action.
<b>Sales Tax </b>
South Dakota State Sales Tax applied to all purchases at the rate of 6.2% on non-titled items.

<b>Payments </b>
Wieman Land & Auction will have representatives on site to collect and help load on sale day until 6 p.m., and Thursday, September 14th from 8 - 4 p.m. After that, any loading will be on your own. A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for during those pickup hours unless arrangements are made with the auctioneers. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action.
<b>Removal of Purchase </b>
All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). Staff will be on location to settle and pick up items on sale day until 6 p.m., and Thursday, September 14th from 8 - 4 p.m. . All items must be removed within 2 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS! The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance will be available during those scheduled hours only.
<b>Shipping </b>
NO Shipping offered for this auction.
<b>Server & Software Technical Issues </b>
In the event there are technical difficulties related to the auction server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close the bidding at any time. Neither Wieman Land & Auction nor the sellers will be responsible for a missed bid. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information by Wieman Land & Auction as deemed necessary.
